What is involved?

Part 1: Assessment session (120 min / $420 plus GST).

A booking link will be sent via Calendly to book this session

This is a exploration of ADHD and/ or autism symptoms within the context of each client’s lifespan. Because ADHD and autism are developmental conditions, we will review developmental steps, health functioning, the experience of school learning, occupational and relationship functioning. Co-occuring challenges such as anxiety, depression will also be discussed, along with sleep and diet. A structured interview assists with exploring learning and social functioning as an adult and in childhood.

You will be asked to bring copies of any school reports (before age 12) that reflect learning and class-room behaviour or previous assessment reports. Alternatively, contact can be made with a parent or caregiver.

**If autism is assessed as well as ADHD, an additional 90min assessment session is required.

Part 2: Questionnaires and tools

Additional forms and questionnaires will be sent via an email link that reviews current adult ADHD and/ or autism symptoms, in addition to collateral information from someone who knows you well.

Part 3: Follow-up session with review of assessment report

The remainder of the full assessment cost will be charged before this session. In this meeting, we will review the outcome of the diagnosis and explore recommendations. These evidence-based recommendations may be tailored for workplace, study and further therapy with a counsellor or psychologist. Resources for further information about ADHD or autism are also included in the report.

Payment

Payment for the first session is due at the time of booking and is is made securely via online banking or credit card payment (2.7 % surcharge applies). Payment for the full assessment is due 2 days before the follow-up assessment with report.
